3M 34440 70mm x 12mm P40 Velcro Cubitron II
Use these 40+ grade sheets for stripping paint to metal, shaping and sanding plastic filler. Built with patented 3M Cubitron™ II precision shaped abrasive grains, these sheet roll abrasives cut faster and last longer than other sandpapers.
These sheet rolls feature our unique kiss-cut scorring technology which enables users to be cleanly and easily converted into multiple sheet-lengths. For maximum dust removal, 3M has added hundreds of small holes which have been purposely arranged in a chevron formation.
The triangular-shaped ceramic grains of Cubitron™ II are electrostatically oriented to form sharp peaks, each acting like an individual cutting tool that slices through paint and body filler, wearing evenly, and providing long life.
For dry sanding old paint, primer, primer surfacer, and between-color coats; also for deburring, removing sand scratches, shaping and finishing plastic filler, and featheredging repaired areas. Special No-Fil coating prevents premature loading. Can be cut into halves or thirds to fit neatly on jitterbug sanders.

Economical
The cleaning of the cup is not necessary with SATA RPS, thus saving time, cleaning agents and cost. Perfect colour match and perfect paint jobs reduce time and cost intensive rework. And the very few components additionally facilitate the entire work process – simplicity pays.
Adapters
Contrary to other disposable cup systems, SATA RPS does not require any adapter in combination with SATA paint spray guns. Therefore, the spray gun can be easily and reliably cleaned. RPS adapters – For older SATA paint spray guns and spray guns of other manufactures spray gun adapters are available.

Norton Blaze Rapid Strip discs are constructed with thick, strong synthetic fibers and extra-coarse ceramic alumina abrasive. The open web construction of the disc provides fast cutting action with very little loading. Safer than wire bristle tools, Norton Blaze Rapid Strip aggressively removes rust and paint from drip moldings, pinch welds, door jambs, seams and other difficult to reach areas. Carworx 2.1 VOC Bullet is a high production clearcoat system developed for spot repair and one panel repair. This 4:1 mix clearcoat is a 3 coat system that can be sanded and buffed in 20-25 minutes air dry or baked for 5 minutes at 130°F(54.4°C) metal temperature.

American® brand AM is the cost-effective solution designed for clean and easy removal. UV resistance for 3 days. AM tape has a controlled unwind, is good for cornering and is resistant to temperatures up to 225ºF (107ºC) for 30 minutes. Excellent adhesion to backing when layered. Stain resistant; resists bleed-through and resists paint flaking. Superior for wet sanding applications
