Our 3M™ White Masking Paper is specially treated to resist heat from paint booths and penetration by paint solvents, urethanes, base coats and clear coats – ideal for collision repair. It is tightly bonded, virtually eliminating lint or fiber contamination that can occur using paper masking. And its thin but conformable construction makes it easy to handle, boosting shop efficiency.

How Our Masking Paper Improves Your Collision Repair Designed specifically for automotive aftermarket applications, our 3M™ White Masking Paper (PDF, 34 Kb) helps you work more efficiently during a full range of masking jobs large and small. It is durable yet conformable and is available in a variety of sizes, making it easy to handle for protecting even irregular vehicle surfaces from paint overspray. This paper is specially treated to resist penetration by paint solvents, base coats, clear coats and urethanes, reducing rework caused by bleed-through. It also withstands heat — the masking paper can hold up during a bake cycle up to 400°F (204°C) for 30 minutes, making it suitable for use in paint booths.
Designed Specifically for Automotive Aftermarket This 3M™ White Masking Paper brings the science of 3M directly to auto body and collision repair, helping professionals work more efficiently and achieve their best results. Its design includes high tolerance to heat, resistance to chemical bleed-through and little or no loose lint or fibers — yet it still affords the easy, fast conformability of paper for truly effective masking.
A flexible polyester glazing putty designed for spot filling and skim coating over repair areas on flexible bumpers and plastic parts. Its flowable viscosity is ideal for filling minor imperfections such as sand scratches, nicks, dings and gouges. Poly-Flex™ may also be used to skim coat over repair areas or large surface areas that have the original paint still intact. Blue cream hardener included.
Norton Multi-Air Cyclonic is perfect for refinishing any job, especially those that require an extremely durable abrasive that cuts quicker, cuts cooler, and lasts longer without generating heat. Our engineered ceramic grain is the perfect abrasive for any job, including those with scratch-resistant clears and E-coats, composites and aluminum. Its versatility eliminates the need for additional specialty abrasives.

Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 125 micron filters, 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for water borne paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 5 1/2 oz when used with with generic mix ratio film insert (mix ratio film inserts are sold separately). For use with part number 16115.
XPST Flexible Epoxy is a two-component flexible modified epoxy designed for the repair of flexible plastics. XPST is formulated to work on all flexible plastics including the more common (TPUR, PUR, RIM). XPST is also compatible with the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and as a filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair. XPST can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAF). XPST is an outstanding flexible filler that is commonly used as a glaze coat over all types of plastics due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics. XPST bonds, fills, and sands with outstanding performance. This flexible adhesive/filler is used and approved by automotive OEMs such as GM, Toyota, VW and many others.
