XPST Flexible Epoxy is a two-component flexible modified epoxy designed for the repair of flexible plastics. XPST is formulated to work on all flexible plastics including the more common (TPUR, PUR, RIM). XPST is also compatible with the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and as a filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair. XPST can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAF). XPST is an outstanding flexible filler that is commonly used as a glaze coat over all types of plastics due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics. XPST bonds, fills, and sands with outstanding performance. This flexible adhesive/filler is used and approved by automotive OEMs such as GM, Toyota, VW and many others. The “Original Plastic Surgery” as used by the professionals.

A flexible polyester glazing putty designed for spot filling and skim coating over repair areas on flexible bumpers and plastic parts. Its flowable viscosity is ideal for filling minor imperfections such as sand scratches, nicks, dings and gouges. Poly-Flex™ may also be used to skim coat over repair areas or large surface areas that have the original paint still intact. Blue cream hardener included.
For filling imperfections and shallow dents, provides a smooth non-porous surface.
Due to its thixotropic properties, it can fill deeper dents, and insures a low abrasive consumption, very easy sanding.
DESCRIPTION:
Carworx 2.1 VOC Bullet is a high production clearcoat system developed for spot repair and one panel repair. This 4:1 mix clearcoat is a 3 coat system that can be sanded and buffed in 20-25 minutes air dry or baked for 5 minutes at 130°F(54.4°C) metal temperature.
It is a 4:1 mix withActivator (#191.101)
Applied in 3 light coats wet-on-wet with no flash times between coats.
