EVERCOAT 730 Super Build Polyester Primer
A two component primer surfacer that has exceptional filling capabilities and patented 4:1 mix ratio technology. It is ideal for holding down troublesome repairs on fiberglass and SMC. Super Build 4:1 passes 500 hours in salt spray tests (ASTM B117) and can be applied over properly sanded and cleaned bare metal. It is compatible with waterborne paint systems and VOC compliant. Must be catalyzed with 733 4:1 Polyester Primer Catalyst or 734 Fast Polyester Primer Catalyst only!
Area of application: Grinds finer for easier sanding. Good adhesion on steel, aluminum, galvanized, fiber glass and different types of plastic. Recoatable with all basecoats and water basecoats.
XPST Flexible Epoxy is a two-component flexible modified epoxy designed for the repair of flexible plastics. XPST is formulated to work on all flexible plastics including the more common (TPUR, PUR, RIM). XPST is also compatible with the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and as a filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair. XPST can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAF). XPST is an outstanding flexible filler that is commonly used as a glaze coat over all types of plastics due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics. XPST bonds, fills, and sands with outstanding performance. This flexible adhesive/filler is used and approved by automotive OEMs such as GM, Toyota, VW and many others. The “Original Plastic Surgery” as used by the professionals.

Scotch-Brite™ Automotive Durable Flex Hand Pad 07848 combines high performance features to give you the fast, consistent scuff your sanding jobs require. It is an ultra flexible and conformable web designed for cleaning and fine finishing. The Scotch-Brite™ Automotive Durable Flex Hand Pad replaces steel wool to eliminate contamination.
The performance of Scotch-Brite™ Durable Flex Hand Pad is comparable to steel wool, but our Scotch-Brite™ pads won’t shred during use, rust after use, or create fine metal splinters. The non-woven, open-web material resists loading and can be used dry, with water or some solvents, and rinsed clean for reuse. This multipurpose pad can be used by hand for precise control. Breakthrough fiber coating technology allows Scotch-Brite™ abrasive products to cut faster and produce a more consistent scratch than competitive non-woven abrasive products, reducing the time and effort it takes to finish parts. Combining abrasives with the fibers creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the life of the product. Our Scotch-Brite™ industrial abrasive products’ non-woven web keeps the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the fibers.

U-Pol Bed Liner Kit Tintable is a 2-component urethane system designed for application directly to most original manufacturers’ paint finishes or any self-etching primer surface. Dries rapidly, resists stains and abrasion, and protects against rust, corrosion, UV damage, and extreme temperatures. Also makes an excellent sound deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material stays flexible and reduces road noise and vibration.
Kit Includes: (4) 750 ml (25 oz) bottles of bed liner base (tintable) (1) application spray gun (requires 8 cfm @ 50-60 psi compressed air) (1) 1 liter of hardener (1) instructions
SPECIFICATIONS: At 68°F – Pot Life is 60 minutes. Cure Time: touch dry < 1 hour subject to film buildup. Light-Duty Use: 2-3 days. Regular-Duty Use: 5-7 days. Coverage: 125 square feet (standard 8 ft bed). Total kit makes 1.06 US gallons. Additional coats can be applied after 60 minutes. UV Resistant – Will not fade. Scratch and stain resistant. Helps deaden sounds and vibrations. Rapid drying – Spray 2nd coat within an hour. High adhesion, flexible.

Norton Blaze Rapid Strip discs are constructed with thick, strong synthetic fibers and extra-coarse ceramic alumina abrasive. The open web construction of the disc provides fast cutting action with very little loading. Safer than wire bristle tools, Norton Blaze Rapid Strip aggressively removes rust and paint from drip moldings, pinch welds, door jambs, seams and other difficult to reach areas. The TR+ attachment system allows for rugged cleaning in tight areas.
