EVERCOAT 734 Polyester Primer Catalyst
Fast 4:1 Polyester Primer Catalyst is a patented, epoxy enriched catalyst that provides unsurpassed performance in cooler temperatures, when mixed with Evercoat’s line of 4:1 polyester primer surfacers.
A two component primer surfacer that has exceptional filling capabilities and patented 4:1 mix ratio technology. It is ideal for holding down troublesome repairs on fiberglass and SMC. Super Build 4:1 passes 500 hours in salt spray tests (ASTM B117) and can be applied over properly sanded and cleaned bare metal. It is compatible with waterborne paint systems and VOC compliant. Must be catalyzed with 733 4:1 Polyester Primer Catalyst or 734 Fast Polyester Primer Catalyst only!

This product provides the latest in technology for sealing seams and faster paint time thatn the traditional sealers on the market today. With XSM8002, the seam sealer process is no longer the hold up in production. Extrudes easily. Excellent tooling with no shrinkage. uses include body panel seam sealer, truck bed seam sealer, all cosmetic seams, bonding of ground effects, sealing door skins. Compatible with all epoxy and urethane repair material and topcoats. Work time 8-10 minutes
Superior two-part epoxy adhesive designed to bond SMC, FRP, fiberglass, steel and aluminum auto parts and body panels to each other and to metal frames (no primer required). It seals and bonds in one application. The longer work time allows for adequate adjusting and handling. The glass beads mixed in this formulation provide the adequate spacing between parts for optimal bond strength.
