The Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Surface Conditioning Disc’s open web fibre runs cool and resists loading while the abrasives provide a high cut-rate to give you consistent finishing. The 3M™ Roloc™ Attachment System offers quick and easy disc change-outs, making the Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Surface Conditioning Disc ideal for a range of tasks including blending, deburring, and finishing. This disc is available with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasive mineral. Silicon carbide is a synthetic mineral that is very sharp and commonly used for low-pressure applications such as paint prep and finishing. Aluminum oxide is a hard, blocky mineral that provides high cut-rate and long life. While silicon carbide breaks down faster than aluminum oxide, it produces a finer finish.
Area of Application:
Especially easy to sand, two-component polyester filling putty. To be applied in order to equalize or close possible pin holes, small irregularities, small paint damages or scratches on the body of cars, vehicles or machines. Recommended also to be used as a putty and dowel setting material as well as an adhesive for iron, wood, stone and porcelain.

For dry sanding old paint, primer, primer surfacer, and
between-color coats; also for deburring, removing sand
scratches, shaping and finishing plastic filler, and featheredging
