MAXIM™ Fast Urethane Adhesive is a urethane repair material used for non-structural repairs on all plastics, fiberglass and SMC. It is an excellent urethane adhesive for bonding bumper brackets, backing strips, broken SMC/fiberglass pieces and other broken plastic pieces. It is the ideal product when a fast cure time is required (i.e. backside of a two-sided repair.)
XPST Flexible Epoxy is a two-component flexible modified epoxy designed for the repair of flexible plastics. XPST is formulated to work on all flexible plastics including the more common (TPUR, PUR, RIM). XPST is also compatible with the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and as a filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair. XPST can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAF). XPST is an outstanding flexible filler that is commonly used as a glaze coat over all types of plastics due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics. XPST bonds, fills, and sands with outstanding performance. This flexible adhesive/filler is used and approved by automotive OEMs such as GM, Toyota, VW and many others. Norton 6727, 12′ x 400′ Plastic Overspray Sheeting is an economical way to protect surfaces not being painted. The Norton 6727 is a thin mil plastic sheeting that is fast and easy to handle and apply. It will cling to surfaces being masked and resists tearing when pulling or repositioning. Since it is Corona treated paint will adhere without flaking off, while resisting solvent pentration and paint bleed through.

ANDREAE Standard Filters are used in the exhaust of paint booths for over-spray collection.
The front V-shaped wall prevents over-spray bounce back and migration. The deeper V-shape of the back wall is the paint holding pocket.
The exhaust holes are misaligned to divert the paint laden airflow to the holding pocket, where the paint is captured, while maintaining a constant flow during the loading phase.
