DESCRIPTION:
ANDREAE Standard Filters are used in the exhaust of paint booths for over-spray collection.
The front V-shaped wall prevents over-spray bounce back and migration. The deeper V-shape of the back wall is the paint holding pocket.
The exhaust holes are misaligned to divert the paint laden airflow to the holding pocket, where the paint is captured, while maintaining a constant flow during the loading phase.

Taff-Guard two layer intake panels are constructed using two synthetic layers of media sealed over a metal wire frame. The first layer, dry and white, acts as a pre-filter to remove the medium and large particles. The second layer, green with an adhesive, removes and retains the smaller particles.
Typically, this intake filter is installed in the paint booth doors and/or ceilings. However, these paint booth filters can be used in any standard HVAC application as well.

This water-based masking fi lm is applied with a spray gun. This disc is available with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasive mineral. Silicon carbide is a synthetic mineral that is very sharp and commonly used for low-pressure applications such as paint prep and finishing. Aluminum oxide is a hard, blocky mineral that provides high cut-rate and long life. While silicon carbide breaks down faster than aluminum oxide, it produces a finer finish.
