3M 2097 PARTICULATE FILTER, 2097, P100
The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2097 is NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. 3M recommended for nuisance level organic vapour relief and for ozone protection up to 10X OSHA PEL.
3M™ Particulate Filter 2097 with nuisance level organic vapour relief helps provide respiratory protection against exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA. The filter is effective for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces, or 50 times PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. This filter helps protect against a wide range of oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. The filter also offers nuisance level odour relief from organic vapours that are below the PEL. Nuisance level refers to concentrations not exceeding OSHA PEL or other applicable government exposure limits, whichever is lower. Do not use for respiratory protection against organic vapours or in environments that are Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH). The 2097 is commonly used for welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring and soldering. Inventory needs and training requirements of safety equipment are reduced because this filter works for many different applications. The filter is both flame and water resistant. This filter is commonly used in the following industries: agriculture, construction, general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, primary metals.

The 3M™ Multi-Gas/Vapour Cartridge/Filter 60926 is NIOSH approved against certain organic vapours, acid gasses and particulates. Use with 3M™ Half and Full Facepiece Respirators 6000, 7000 and FF-400 Series with bayonet filter holders.
3M™ Multi-Gas/Vapour Cartridge/Filter 60926 P100 may be used for respiratory protection from certain organic vapours, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methylamine, formaldehyde, or hydrogen fluoride, and non-oil and oil particulate concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepiece masks. This cartridge/filter is not for use in environments that are Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH). Recommended applications for the cartridge/filter include petrochemical and chemical processing. Inventory needs and training requirements for safety equipment are reduced because this respirator cartridge selection works for many different applications. 3M™ Automotive Acrylic Foam Attachment Tape 06378 is a .030-inch thick gray acrylic foam tape with proven performance acrylic adhesive and a red release liner.
6378 is characterized by good peel and shear adhesion, good internal strength, good conformability and good plasticizer resistance. Typical applications include lightweight vehicle nameplates and trim, including narrow and light body side moldings. 06378 is not recommended for medium- to heavy-weight trim attachment.
