Hard cup that supports and holds the PPS mini flexible liner, part number 16114. If filled to the top, this cup will hold 6 fl oz. NOTE: The product image shows the Cup with a 3M Mix Ratio Insert installed. 3M Mix Ratio Inserts are not included with Cup and Collar packaging.
Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 125 micron filters, 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for water borne paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 5 1/2 oz when used with with generic mix ratio film insert (mix ratio film inserts are sold separately). For use with part number 16115.

It is designed to replace OEM’s flexible foams found on door intrusion beams, roof bows, inside body panels, pillars, and in other automotive body cavities. Expands to 10 times its original volumeto fill large cavities with a small amount of material. Can be used for OEM replacement of flexible foams to “pre-accident condition” as much as possible.
