EVERCOAT 734 Polyester Primer Catalyst
Fast 4:1 Polyester Primer Catalyst is a patented, epoxy enriched catalyst that provides unsurpassed performance in cooler temperatures, when mixed with Evercoat’s line of 4:1 polyester primer surfacers.
RS-796 is a Super Versatile Two Component Urethane Primer/Surfacer/Sealer. RS-796 Primer comes in a high viscosity form that after activation can be reduced in various levels to use as a super high build primer/surfacer, medium build primer/surfacer, or a sealer. This primer is extremely fast drying and when sufficiently dry, it sands easily without loading sandpaper. RS-796 can also be sprayed directly on the underside of properly cleaned new E-Coat body parts without sanding, saving hours of preparation time. With corrosion protection built in, this primer eliminates the need for self-etch primer on cut through and other small bare metal areas. Excellent adhesion and solvent resistance with all topcoat paint systems.
Blend-EZE is a unique blend of premium solvents and resins designed to be used as a panel blender for 2K clearcoat systems and single-stage urethanes. It is compatible with most major clearcoat, basecoat and single-stage urethane systems. Simply, reduce remaining clearcoat with RS-2710 at 1:1 mix to melt in edge and then spray without reduction to melt in featheredge. RS-2710 can also be used to check color match or as a wet-bed sealer.
Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 125 micron filters, 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for water borne paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 20.3 oz/600 mL when used with mix ratio film insert (mix ratio inserts sold separately). For use with part number 16001.

No additional components are necessary. There is no other cup system with the same functions but with three components only!
Economical
The cleaning of the cup is not necessary with SATA RPS, thus saving time, cleaning agents and cost. Perfect colour match and perfect paint jobs reduce time and cost intensive rework. And the very few components additionally facilitate the entire work process – simplicity pays.
Adapters
Contrary to other disposable cup systems, SATA RPS does not require any adapter in combination with SATA paint spray guns. Therefore, the spray gun can be easily and reliably cleaned. RPS adapters – For older SATA paint spray guns and spray guns of other manufactures spray gun adapters are available.
A two component primer surfacer that has exceptional filling capabilities and patented 4:1 mix ratio technology. It is ideal for holding down troublesome repairs on fiberglass and SMC. Super Build 4:1 passes 500 hours in salt spray tests (ASTM B117) and can be applied over properly sanded and cleaned bare metal. It is compatible with waterborne paint systems and VOC compliant. Must be catalyzed with 733 4:1 Polyester Primer Catalyst or 734 Fast Polyester Primer Catalyst only!
