XPST Flexible Epoxy is a two-component flexible modified epoxy designed for the repair of flexible plastics. XPST is formulated to work on all flexible plastics including the more common (TPUR, PUR, RIM). XPST is also compatible with the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and as a filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair. XPST can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAF). XPST is an outstanding flexible filler that is commonly used as a glaze coat over all types of plastics due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics. XPST bonds, fills, and sands with outstanding performance. This flexible adhesive/filler is used and approved by automotive OEMs such as GM, Toyota, VW and many others. MAXIM™ Fast Urethane Adhesive is a urethane repair material used for non-structural repairs on all plastics, fiberglass and SMC. It is an excellent urethane adhesive for bonding bumper brackets, backing strips, broken SMC/fiberglass pieces and other broken plastic pieces. It is the ideal product when a fast cure time is required (i.e. backside of a two-sided repair.)
Maxim™ Control Flow seam sealer is a high strength, heavy bodied partial flow seam sealer. Its limited flow characteristics make it ideal for sloped areas such as roof lines or matching OEM sealants. Maxim™ Control Flow Seam Sealer is compatible with most topcoats and can be applied to bare metal, cured paint and surfaces primed with primer surfacers or E-coats.
Kit contains 25 disposable lids with 125 micron filters, 25 disposable liners, and 10 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for water borne paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 28 oz/840 mL when used with with mix ratio film insert (mix ratio inserts sold separately). For use with part number 16023 or 16124.
