No additional components are necessary. There is no other cup system with the same functions but with three components only!
Economical
The cleaning of the cup is not necessary with SATA RPS, thus saving time, cleaning agents and cost. Perfect colour match and perfect paint jobs reduce time and cost intensive rework. And the very few components additionally facilitate the entire work process – simplicity pays.
Adapters
Contrary to other disposable cup systems, SATA RPS does not require any adapter in combination with SATA paint spray guns. Therefore, the spray gun can be easily and reliably cleaned. RPS adapters – For older SATA paint spray guns and spray guns of other manufactures spray gun adapters are available.
Large hard cup that supports and holds the PPS large flexible liner, part number 16023. Large, 28 ounce (850) mL NOTE: The product image shows the Cup with a 3M Mix Ratio Insert installed. 3M Mix Ratio Inserts are not included with Cup and Collar packaging.
Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 125 micron filters, 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for water borne paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 5 1/2 oz when used with with generic mix ratio film insert (mix ratio film inserts are sold separately). For use with part number 16115.
Hardening agent for use with all polyester resins and gel coats. Plastic squeeze tube has graduated measure for mixing convenience. Use this Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide catalyst according to the resin/gel coat label directions
One Step is a high build, easy to use self etch primer that provides excellent adhesion for additional top coats, primers and sealers to metal. Compatible with all primer surfacers for spot repair and refinishing. Apply to steel, aluminum and most metals.
An easy to use high build, paintable rocker coating that matches OEM textures and provides excellent abrasion and chip protection, sound deadening, and corrosion resistance.
Ideal for applications where average or medium texture patterns are desired.
Used in wet sanding, rough featheredging. Could be used for final sanding of plastic filler and putty. Most flexible backing with more consistent scratch pattern make this 3Ms best wet sanding product.
