Patterned, precise mineral structures give Trizact™ abrasives the combination of fast cut and consistent finish every time. Use P1000 foam blending discs for scuff sanding blend panels prior to painting. Use P1500 clearcoat sanding discs for leveling dust nibs and sanding of mismatched orange peel. Finally, use P3000 foam disc for removing P1200-P1500 grade sand scratches prior to use of 3M™ Perfect-It™ polishing system. A flexible polyester glazing putty designed for spot filling and skim coating over repair areas on flexible bumpers and plastic parts. Its flowable viscosity is ideal for filling minor imperfections such as sand scratches, nicks, dings and gouges. Poly-Flex™ may also be used to skim coat over repair areas or large surface areas that have the original paint still intact. Blue cream hardener included.
Adhesion Promoter (SXPP/SXPP24/XPPP) is a uniquely formulated blend of proprietary resins that create a chemical bond on ‘difficult to bond to’ plastics allowing adhesion of repair fillers and coatings to these substrates. Adhesion Promoter prepares properly cleaned and/or repaired parts for the application of adhesives, fillers and topcoats. Adhesion Promoter is also used as an excellent “sealer” for all Flexible and Semi-Rigid plastics including TPO and TPE.

3M™ Rigid Pillar Foam is a two part urethane which foams in place to fill posts, pillars, and automotive body cavities with exceptional ease and consistent quality. This foam is easily to apply with a range of manual and pneumatic 3M applicators.
Use these 320+ grade sheets for rough featheredging. Could be used for final sanding of plastic filler and putty. Built with patented 3M Cubitron™ II precision shaped abrasive grains, these sheet roll abrasives cut faster and last longer than other sandpapers.
These sheet rolls feature our unique kiss-cut scorring technology which enables users to be cleanly and easily converted into multiple sheet-lengths. For maximum dust removal, 3M has added hundreds of small holes which have been purposely arranged in a chevron formation.

Norton Blaze Rapid Strip discs are constructed with thick, strong synthetic fibers and extra-coarse ceramic alumina abrasive. The open web construction of the disc provides fast cutting action with very little loading. Safer than wire bristle tools, Norton Blaze Rapid Strip aggressively removes rust and paint from drip moldings, pinch welds, door jambs, seams and other difficult to reach areas. The TR+ attachment system allows for rugged cleaning in tight areas.
